How do I order?

During the preview you reserve a piece with the form. We reply by email to confirm the piece, price, shipping and timing. Nothing is charged at the time of reserving.

How should I look after lacquer?

Keep it away from prolonged water, heat, perfume, alcohol and solvents. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Store pieces apart so they do not scratch each other.

Is lacquer safe for sensitive skin?

Cured lacquer is generally stable, but some people react to lacquer or plant resins. Stop wearing a piece if you notice irritation, and tell us before reserving if you have a known sensitivity.

Shipping, duties and returns

These are being finalised for each market. We confirm shipping cost, duties and delivery time with you before dispatch, and will publish our returns policy before the shop opens.

Sizing

Bead bracelets sit on elastic cord. Bangles are sized, so we confirm your size with you first.
