Our approach

Few pieces, made with care, described honestly.

Made to order, in small batches

We reserve rather than stock. You choose a piece and a colour, we confirm details with you, and the workshop makes it. This keeps waste low and lets us tell you exactly what you are getting.

Honest descriptions

We only state what we have confirmed. Where something is still being verified, such as materials or exact sizes, we say so on the page.

Everyday pieces

Bracelets, pendants and small charms meant to be worn and carried, plus the occasional object for the home.

A note on tradition

Lacquer has a long history in China, and Fuzhou in Fujian is known for its lacquerware. We draw on that tradition for inspiration. We will share the story of the workshop and makers once we can do so accurately and with their agreement.
